Joe Titchner (MRICS) – Head of Valuations
Joe heads CRC Valuations team based in Dubai focused on providing valuation, investment, and strategic advisory services across the UAE. Joe graduated in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, where he gained an in-depth knowledge of property construction. Further to this, he is a member of the RICS including an RICS Registered Valuer and a RERA Registered Valuer. With over 10 years of industry experience, Joe has extensive expertise gained across different markets within the Middle East in providing valuation and investment advice across a wide range of asset classes for both local and international clients including institutions, private investors and developers. Joe specialises in the following advisory services:

Andrew Elliot – CRC Manager
Born in Cape Town in South Africa and relocating to the UK where he began his career as a professional golfer, Andrew thrives on the challenging and rapid pace of the Dubai property market. Andrew moved into the real estate market in 2005 as a career change and has been with Betterhomes group and CRC ever since. As a seasoned real estate professional, he takes great pride in his knowledge of the intricacies of the commercial real estate market.

Anahit has been in Dubai since 1991, where she worked for Dubai's most prominent real estate and investment companies. Her career grew through the entire journey of freehold property in the UAE. With decades of extensive real estate experience, particularly in the UAE, she delivers international standards of practice and due diligence, with a vast knowledge of all areas of Dubai, both in residential and commercial sectors. Not only has this journey been an interesting one but also a significant element of her expertise in giving comprehensive advice to investors and end-users. Motivated, energetic and result-oriented, she enjoys offering guidance to local and international investors.

Originally from the Philippines, Tessa has been living in the UAE for 33 years with more than two decades of real estate experience in Dubai. Tessa has an excellent proven record in sales and leasing with extensive knowledge of the market acquired while working with large local developers, local private entities, and property service companies. Tessa specialises in commercial properties in Dubai and has been a top broker for many years, continuously delivering outstanding results both for the company and her clients.
