Fazlrahman Molana

Fazl is a Commercial Consultant at CRC, advising investors, developers and occupiers on Industrial and Capital Markets transactions across Dubai.

With an MBA in Finance and Real Estate, Fazl brings both a dealmaker’s and an owner’s perspective to every mandate. As Director of Land and Investment Sales at Ambitious Realty in Canada, he closed over US$250M of commercial real estate transactions in under five years on behalf of private equity funds, private developers and institutional clients.

During his time in Dubai, he was also previously a Partner at a Commercial Brokerage team and Head of Strategy and Finance for the organization as a whole.

He also built his own investment portfolio in Canada, acquiring undermanaged assets. Over five years, he acquired seven properties and sold five, retaining full ownership of the remaining two, which total 80,000 sq ft of leasable space.
