Meet Hamza – Associate Director at CRC. Hamza is a British citizen originally from Iraq, holding a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Development. He relocated to Dubai 10 years ago, driven by a competitive mindset and a passion for professional growth. With over 15 years of sales and leasing experience across the UK and UAE, Hamza brings a strong international perspective to the GCC real estate market. Fluent in Arabic, he delivers tailored, market-driven solutions to local and international clients. Since joining Cencorp (Betterhomes Group), Hamza has developed deep knowledge of Dubai’s commercial property sector and has been recognised with multiple awards, including Top Agent of the Year and Highest Number of Listings to name the few. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, walking, and playing the guitar.
